Jessica’s passion is creating sweet and incredibly delicious desserts. As Fish 101’s pastry chef, Jessica is responsible for creating a simple, classic menu specializing in gluten free desserts. Strawberry shortcake to Black Bottom Crème brulee, her desserts are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Prior to heading south to help start the Fish 101, Jessica was a pasty chef at HOME Restaurant in San Francisco, CA. Jessica is also a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA.
